Honestly, it's tough to say. The leadership team is transparent when they need to be, heads down when they need to be, and always vocal about the vision and mission. Keep up the great work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone at the company works very hard and commits a lot of time and energy to our work. It would be great if the company matched our 401(K) contributions. We are an alternative investment company and help others invest, so I think we all value the importance of investing in our futures.
