What does the leadership team need to get better at?Hiring and keeping skilled managers. Many stores in downtown areas do not have managers due to worker shortages, and thus SL's have to do the blunt of the work for minimum wage +$2.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Raises. There is a lot expected of you at this company. You have to understand every aspect of the business - the products, service, orders, cleaning, etc. and do it fast to deal with the work.
