Peloton goes out of their way to keep their workers engaged and productive, without overloading them or spreading their people too thin. I don't have to worry about job security between clients/projects, as there is always internal-facing initiatives where I can provide value and help the team grow

Great company with wonderful people and solid leadership team!

Very high quality product with great top level management. Direct management though, can make or break the whole experience.

The fact that Guy and his exec team are willing to part ways with clients who aren't good fits for us is a welcome change from typical "keep the client happy no matter what - we need the $$$" attitudes of other consulting firms I've worked for. Even with a difficult client, I always feel supported.

Engaged leaders that care about our customers and our people. The leadership team continues to make good decisions to grow the business.

Believe in innovation and disruption.

I've been here less than a year, so not sure what kind of bonus/raise I'll get, but my base salary is VERY competitive and there's a potential for a 15% bonus on top of that based on my grade. Am actively trying to recruit some former team members to Peloton once the right positions open up.

Would always like more compensation but believe that pay and benefits package is solid. The company has consistently paid bonuses.

Potential to earn more with hard work.

Peloton doesn't just preach "diversity", it embraces it and strives to get the best people from all walks of life. They have a keen eye for potential, and hire based on how a person can grow within the org. My team is full of folks from all walks of life and they all bring unique perspectives.

Our all company monthly / quarterly meeting are fun, engaging, informative and transparent. They provide a lot of visibility to what is happening across all areas of the business.

It depends upon the location.

Everyone is willing to jump in and provide assistance, even if they're busy themselves. Mistakes or errors are treated as learning experiences, and everyone supports each other. Probably the most welcoming organization I've been a part of in my ~35 years in the work force.

The people are amazing. Everyone is really helpful and good to work with.

The recruiting team was very engaged and kept me informed throughout the process. Even going so far as to have weekly touch points when there wasn't any real news to report, just to stay connected. Interviews were designed to rate cultural fit as much or more than technical ability.

Well structured and organized. I spoke with a good number of people and was able to get a great appreciation for what it would be like to be part of the company. So glad I joined!
