Encoursge big picture thinking; get employees to buy in to company mission and vision

We enable literacy around the world. What we do creates value for writers, artists, and creatives as well as the consumers of their creative product

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to understand that without the warehouse workers nothing gets done. They need to learn the simple lesson that, absent the miner, a gold mine is a hole in the ground.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management is disrespectful at the line level. Upoer management talks a good game, but line mananhers are rude and disrespectful. I would feel more positive if I were paid more and treated with respect

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Safety safety safety. Management is leaving incompetent and dangerous lift operators on trucks for production, often overriding trainers' decsisions not to sign off. No post-accident drug testing. Known users/drinkers showing up under the influence and operating PIE
