Penn National Gaming Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401k employer match is the best thing about the company. also tuition reimbursement.

I'm a true believer that I'm responsible for the level of compensation I receive by the value i provide to PENN NATIONAL.

Review from Operations Dept

Nothing amazing but they have the full package 401k match insurance and pto... none are amazingly good but i wouldnt want to lose any of them

Was the 401k plain but they stop putting

Review from Customer Support Dept

health benefit packages are priced affordable for families. 401k packages seems to be fair for the market

Review from Customer Support Dept

Quarterly bonuses, annual raises, great benefits.

Great benefits and pay wage

PAID VACATIONS,AND EXTENDED LEAVE OF FMLA

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No diversity or belonging or inclusion

It's sickening seeing how much money Penn makes in a day, and how much our casino has as surplus, yet wages are sooo stagnant. Hold the customers that berate us daily accountable.

Basically the pay is what counts.

The bargaining agreement takes 90 days to kick in, as do benefits. The position I hold seems to me like it is newly structured and procedures and training is extremely unorganized. There are a dozen logins, schedule changes without working links, lockouts on company website due to lack of direction.

When your doing the books for 3 property and pay for one. They don't want to pay account for 3 property. Think about that.

The amount of work performed and stress endured with this job is insane. I personally feel that workers should've been paid at least $25 per hour. Especially, for having to do supervisorial duties on a consistent basis.

Review from Operations Dept

Pay should be based upon experience. I feel they are low balling many of the employees compared to competitors.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I know places that pay more for less work and this company can afford to pay employees more
