Onboarding is not a smooth transition to work in the company. There are many different logins with schedule changes and there is a 90 day intro where you do not have access to grieve issues to improve through the union. Day three and I see improvements that need made. Great people. Bad structure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The people here care for the community, and the company pushes forward for community based fundraisers, giving back, programs, ect. Keyholders are very polite and know their departments well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bargaining agreement takes 90 days to kick in, as do benefits. The position I hold seems to me like it is newly structured and procedures and training is extremely unorganized. There are a dozen logins, schedule changes without working links, lockouts on company website due to lack of direction.
