I love the job i hate the time off policy though. we get accrued pto cannot borrow against pto and not alotted sick days. so if you get sick for a few days it wipes out all your pto happens once or twice a year could wipe out an entire years worth of pto. which for me has happened 3 years in a row.

We are for better or worse mostly a family we all are together in this place

We are like a big family which is nice but just like all families theres good and bad.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing amazing but they have the full package 401k match insurance and pto... none are amazingly good but i wouldnt want to lose any of them
