Mhmm... maybe actually working instead of sitting in pointless meetings all day. Communicate to lower management so we can inform our hourly employees of anything going on.
Just anout everything. Stop making excuses and saying things will get better or this place will change by next year. Action speaks louder than words and I see none.
How about a back bone. Yes people get you nothing.
They all need diversity training.
Learn better social skills and treat your coworkers with respect all of the time. Hire more staff and compensate your workers with true competitive wages. Stop the favoritism, yelling, and non professional attitude. Stop taking your problems out on people. Be honest with yourself and others.

No diversity or belonging or inclusion
It's sickening seeing how much money Penn makes in a day, and how much our casino has as surplus, yet wages are sooo stagnant. Hold the customers that berate us daily accountable.
Basically the pay is what counts.
The bargaining agreement takes 90 days to kick in, as do benefits. The position I hold seems to me like it is newly structured and procedures and training is extremely unorganized. There are a dozen logins, schedule changes without working links, lockouts on company website due to lack of direction.
When your doing the books for 3 property and pay for one. They don't want to pay account for 3 property. Think about that.
At least start caring and be more aware of the bottom line. Stop compung people because they tip you or they are nice, or you think they are dropping a lot of money and have you charmed. Try to remember this is a business.
work as a team more and less favoring people

Better Communication and diversity and inclusion
Improve the bavk if the house. Almost all casinos now provide meals to employees free if charge-institute this as a benefit-this is the type of benefit that really shows you care.
Communication between teem members and man angers needs to be better. They need to listen to what works best we are the ones hat talk to the guests everyday so we have a good idea of what works and doesn't work.
