The new leadership under LTG is very busy trying to cut costs without realizing that we are spending more time/effort on cutting those costs, than we will save. It it isn't wise to spend a dollar to save a dime. The executive team also needs to be more client and product focused to keep and grow.
Coming up with a realistic go-to-market plan. Products are stale and need for more proactive product plan vs. reactive mode.
The ability to be flexible in working hours and to be able to work from home or in the office.
The best part about our compensation is work flexibility.
Better 401k match. Managers that have more stake in the game of hitting goals.
We have a great team of knowledgable folks that want to get good work done in a secure, cost-effective manner.
I like my teammates. However constant churn has hurt ability to build teams over longer term.

Culture of fear of getting fired. CEO is just mean, terrible person. Leadership team is scared of CEO and has no backbone.
