Based on their earnings releases Talent Acquisition and Management products are doing well while Vendor Management suffers.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at PeopleFluent?
The poor culture at the company stems from the toxic leadership. Fear and intimidation is what ruins the culture and work atmosphere.
What's the office vibe like at PeopleFluent?

Raleigh office has much better vibe than Boston HQ. Much of that is based on location. Generally co-workers are nice.
