What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I dont work with a bunch of people so there is less room for drama.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Feel undervalued due to staffing for 20+ companies and making less on salary than the positions I staff for. Our commission is based on a small number, and only get 1-3%. I think Peoplelink can compensate their internal staff better. The benefits are terrible. $3k deductible for a single filing
