The majority of the Executive team offers a good balance of empathy, the reality of our day-to-day, and with setting ambitious objectives for our organization

My team is always willing to help and bring a good, positive energy to every engagement. Many smart people doing a lot of great work!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fairly for what I do - good base pay and a bonus (I have not gone through a full cycle to understand what bonus will look like, but it is a "bonus" any way :-)). I love the large portion of Benefits (health, fitness, etc.) that Perceptyx covers - allowing my more for optional (like legal)
