What do you like best about the leadership team?They care about people, and it's fun to work there.
What is the best part about your compensation package?It's fair compared to other advertising agencies. Also way less than tech companies, but more fun for people who care about the work and like variety instead of a single brand.
What makes you most happy at work?The quality of the work produced is always getting better. Management is always inspiring us to do more and better.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Less meetings would help a lot. Eventually we get some good stuff done, but we can more done if we spend less time going around the table so everyone can talk.
