    It's fair compared to other advertising agencies. Also way less than tech companies, but more fun for people who care about the work and like variety instead of a single brand.

    The quality of the work produced is always getting better. Management is always inspiring us to do more and better.

    Less meetings would help a lot. Eventually we get some good stuff done, but we can more done if we spend less time going around the table so everyone can talk.
