The manager and HR manager are very straight forward about all aspects of the job.

Most of my team is willing to go the extra mile, and care about each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, the most positive aspect is the amount of caring my manager has for her employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transportation manager actually cares about her employees, but the other managers don't do anything to change the issues in their departments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation plan is being able to get restaurant quality food at a discount, and the benefits are amazing.
