
Efficient, resilient, effective and mature workforce is how I would define my team.
Their openness to reach out to people, their ways to express appreciation and their focus on delivering resources to their workforce.
My team, my people and my work. I work with conscious effort to learn and deliver through numbers and that keep me most happy at work. I love it when people praise me for my work.
Leadership, like leaders, should ask for facts and data and should take actions and define work-plan based on that work. When leaders are biased and illogical, it will reflect in every member of the team directly or indirectly.
I think the compensation structure needs to be reevaluated and needs to have a little more transparency because we evidently see a lot of money is spend in comfort/leisure of a few executive team members in the name of excursion/off-site and other internal activities.
