Receptive to hearing everyone's opinions, open door policy and impart training to upskill workforce

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interviewee had read my CV in detail and offered me great guidance. However, there were promises made after selection which were never upheld

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Experience and exposure needs o be matched with the right position and therefore compensation. Compensation needs to be allotted basis how business critical a person is.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Its important that top management maintain a direct relationship with mid and lower level leadership to ascertain the right state of affairs. Favoritism shouldn't be criteria of promotions and corruption should be curbed, as it sets a very wrong example before those are serious about making a career
