What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick and simple. They don't really care. As long as you show up on time and seem like a halfway-decent person, they'll probably hire you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been at the same store for 2.5 years and I'm still at starting wage. Despite being an animal care specialist with years of prior experience, I'm making $10/hr. Also, I'm kept BARELY below full time so that they don't have to give me benefits.
