What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Assistant manager is not fit to be a manager. Can’t address anything without targeting, belittling , gaslighting, being biased, being aggressive. Yelling and disrespecting employee
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone seemed so nice. I was excited for this position. And working with these people. Now, I can see some of them were just wearing a mask.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Some people need to be removed to even help the situation that is occurring here. Other things I wouldn’t even know where to begin and the list is too long to type on a limited b
