Enforcing management to follow company rules instead of slacking

Quick and easy, but it took place outside of the managers office which was odd

I work a full time job when I’m a part time employee and I receive no benefits or extra pay for the time

Management does not put out weekly, schedules, there is never any consistency within the workplace, staff is yelled at by managers, etc. etc.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managers need to get there act together. Schedules are not put out on time, staff is belittled, store is not COVID safe... there is even more
