
Significantly better than it was at the beginning of the year. The new CEO has done a tremendous job re-engaging the workforce since joining the company. In addition, after a rough 2017 and difficult start to the current year, business has improved significantly, which always helps in lifting the morale. Still a lot of work to be done, specifically around HR, career pathing, internal promotion, etc., but after many years of what could charitably only be described as mediocre senior leadership, seems like the new CEO and his team is capable.
It is good except in grooming, they fight too much between themselves and there is always some drama going on in there.
not too good but I think it's mostly because people are unsure of the stability of the company
