New managers pay better,cleaner enviorment
To get paid 16 or more an hour. I deserve a good pay for everything i do
Better pay and better team to work with
I've currently been working for three years and im treated below bare minimum. Others are treated with more fairness and the manager look over so many bumps in the way.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Pride in doing their job correctly.

A couple of the males have their pants hanging below their butts. A lot of general goofing off.

Stop the favoritisim and be fair with all employees. I feel discriminated because of my age
To have a better understanding with coworkers and managers. Us employees who have been there and put in so much dedication have been treated with disrespect. With new employees they are treated more fair compared to those whove been with the company for years.

They need to higher better people to work not just anyone like they do
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management thinks that number of hours worked should be compensation enough, yet we are never allowed do overtime to keep cost down, yet if the business requires it they expect you to stay past your scheduled time.
They overwork everyone and provide near minimum wage instead of properly compensating
management doesnt know how to treat their employes like human beings, corporate also did the same, many locations around me had pedophile working and knew their past. never listened to workers when their was an issue, wrongfully fired many people, made employes cry on shift, General manger smoking
