Need to step up when people say something about safety
Leadership is engaged with the workers and keeps us in the loop on what is on the horizon and what needs to be done better. They highlight when good work has been done. They have a good vision for the future and keep the morale high.
The best is expected from every employee and most work hard to comply
Not all are corrupt. I had 2 excellent managers, but the others could benefit the company, by doing their job and learning each employee's strengths/weaknesses and making sure they are provided with the tools/knowledge needed to be good at their jobs, as well as listening to their specific concerns.
Communication and reasonable vacation and sick time.
401K and health insurance ,
Retirement is exceptional and value of competent communication and feedback regarding salary
Insurance, and 401k matching. Much more noteworthy benefits as well!
The compensation is fine, but the workload that is expected for some of the employees is just inhuman. I can safely say I've experienced what it was like to work in a sweatshop. No amount of money can make ruining your life and your body acceptable.
As a driver, we are treated as less important. I also feel that a raise should be given every year the employee remains with the company.

People need to inter act more
Collaborative, engaging, innovative, always willing to lend an extra hand. Lots of knowledge of past design and able to advise on current design projects.
Everyone was miserable and angry because of the inhumane workload placed upon them. The fact that they had to watch others have a much smaller one while making the same pay only made their bitterness worse and I don't blame them.
Everyone is supportive and willing to impart knowledge so you can get your work done. Everyone is working to create the best trucks in the world.
It can be either positive or negative depending on where you are in the plant and/or who your manager is. I worked in a position that made me feel as though I was destroying my body all day every day under a manager that bullied me making the job miserable. I also had the polar opposite experience.
overall teamwork and the attitude

Exceptional questions and answers involving work related experience
Everything done through email, so very transparent and reviewable. Calls done through Teams, so not travel-dependent. Got a good feel for the work and team and felt comfortable accepting the offer.
They had the very specific theoretical questions that alot of companies use (Tell me about a time when..) but for the most part, they seemed to keep them related to the job.

Doing a job I enjoy, under management that actually cares about their employees and wants to see them, and the company succeed.
Being able to interact with customers and being away from the office and on the road.
