Peterbilt employees, myself included receive excellent benefits and pay for the work they do, however management needs some serious work. All it takes is one power tripping manager there to cost you your job. Additionally, HR will not fight for you even if you're right. You are HIGHLY expendable.

If you get lucky and get hired into an easy department, then your life is easy and you'll make good money. If you get unlucky and get hired into a very brutal department, then your life will be a living hell. It's a roll of the dice. Pray you don't get put into axel set.
