Overall very positive from a growing skillset perspective, but as a young company we lack structure around promotions, raises and how to move up the ladder. The environment is positive and the people are great.

Overall, lots of growth personally and professionally. However, it feels like you're running a million miles an hour on a hamster wheel with no end in sight. Prioritization is a weakness and scope creep is common, as with any start up.

Supportive of employees' growth and have the experience to get the company where it needs to go

They are very accessible and it's a "no ego" culture - so really refreshing to be able to talk directly to leadership when needed vs filtering through layers of middle management.

No ego culture and a strong desire to work together. However, it is a startup so there is some ambiguity in roles, and it takes a certain personality to succeed in that type of environment. Lots of growth opportunity and support.
