There has been significant improvements in my experience at PH over the last year. A lot are due to org changes and new responsibilities that challenge me more and give me more ownership over my work, and giving me a space to share my knowledge and expertise.

My team and the support we provide each other. We have developed a great rhythm.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is respectful, kind, willing to share wins/elevate people, while also tenacious and drive to success. It's difficult to find that balance and I find PH does that really well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There's great trust amongst my core team. Everyone is pulling more than their weight and still willing to jump in and support, provide insights, challenge each other in a positive way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With some of the recent changes, I appreciate the extra knowledge, support and understanding of all areas of the business, where as previously there wasn't understanding or voice for certain teams. This helps elevate the business as a whole.
