They approachable and available to talk about any issues that arise. They all seem driven to ensure the company has a successful exit.

Some roles and functions exert more effort and dedicate longer hours to complex projects compared to other functions within the company, yet they often receive less recognition and fewer rewards
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy challenging work and doing what I can to help the company reach it's goals. I'm looking forward to more wins and overcoming obstacles that I can build upon as I progress in my career.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Austin HQ provides free lunch and the people that come into work are all friendly and easy to collaborate with in person. The problem is that half of the company works remotely and the connectivity with those individuals isn't nearly as strong.
