Mr. Hugh Donnelly serves as the Chief Internal Auditor of Pfizer Inc. and served as its Vice President of Corporate Audit. Mr. Donnelly assumed this position in July, 2002 and is responsible for leading 120 audit professionals primarily based in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Mumbai and Dublin. Corporate Audit provides independent, Pan-Pfizer corporate regulatory audit and oversight of processes and systems spanning its operating model including: discovery, development, manufacturing, commercial sales & marketing activities, finance and information technology. Previously, he was Assistant Controller, Pfizer Inc. with responsibility for Pfizer's Financial Shared Services. He served US Treasury operations and European finance roles in Corporate Treasury. Hugh joined Pfizer as Controller of the acquired SmithKline Beecham Animal Health business in 1995. Hugh has held numerous other financial positions in commercial operations, manufacturing and corporate finance over a 25+ year career in the pharmaceutical industry. Hugh is CPA who started his career with PriceWaterhouse Coopers/Coopers & Lybrand. He holds a BS in Accounting from Villanova University.
