Kenneth W. Cole — Senior Vice President of Government Relations at Pfizer

Mr. Kenneth W. Cole, also known as Ken has been Senior Vice President of Government Relations at Pfizer Inc. since 2010. Mr. Cole served as an Advisor of General Motors Company since January 1, 2010. Mr. Cole served as Vice President of Government Relations and Public Policy of General Motors Company from August 6, 2001 to January 1, 2010 and was instrumental in the bailout negotiated between the Obama administration and the automaker in 2009. He was responsible for ensuring integration of public policy activities into GM's global business operations. Mr. Cole served as Vice President, Government Relations of Motors Liquidation Company until July 2009 and served as its Vice President of Global Public Policy from April 1, 2007 to July 2009. Mr. Cole served as Corporate Vice President, Government Relations for Honeywell International. He served as Corporate Vice President, Government Relations, for AlliedSignal, Inc. from 1983 to 1999. He joined Allied Corporation in 1981 in its Union Texas Petroleum subsidiary in Houston as Vice President of Public Affairs. Prior to that, Mr. Cole had an eight-year career with Amoco Corporation as Regional Director of Public and Government Affairs. He also served at Standard Oil of Indiana. He serves as a Director of The Michigan Manufacturers Association. He was Southwest Regional Counsel for American Insurance Association. Mr. Cole is a Member of the Board of Directors of Wolf Trap Foundation, the U.S. Capitol Historical Society, National Foreign Trade Council, Public Affairs Council, Council of Public Affairs Executives, European Institute and The Congressional Institute. He was President of the Business-Government Relations Council and the National Association of Business Political Action Committees. Mr. Cole is an attorney and graduated from the University of Texas (Austin) with a degree in Business Administration and holds a Law degree from the University of Houston.
