its an open forum to communicate our wins and losses. We can also talk about more than just work - I have gained some of my closest friends from this company

I think the Chicago team has been great in investing in each of us individually. There is also a major focus on creating comradery and making the culture, diversity, etc. amazing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being challenged by both the learning of my space and the difficulties of matching candidates with clients. Beyond the daily work responsibilities, I love the environment on EPM both in Chicago and in the US
