They are collaborative, team players. We have high energy and some of my team are now close friends.

Everything! They just care about everyone, and I've never worked anyone else that cares as much for its employees as it does its customers.

They have worked their way up and therefore know what it is like to be more junior in the business. They also know everyone's names and are very approachable.
