Really good so far as a first proper job. My manager and my team are great, feel welcomed. Obviously a very high pressure job, where I feel I could be let go, but I don't think that's coming soon.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team is very open, willing to talk through anything. Very sociable group, a lot of friends here
What makes you most happy at work?
When there are plenty of things on, a lot going on, people to call and just things happening. Working closely to the team really ups the energy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team specifically has always had time to talk with me when I had questions on how to improve. They seem to genuinely care about how I do, which is a huge help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel for the hours we work we could have a better basic salary. However, we are still paid a better basic salary than the vast majority of recruiters in London for what was in essence a grad job
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team, both the close team and extended, all gel really well. It is like their personalities were chosen as much as their CV, if not more. This has led to a great working environment. When I look at other teams I feel lucky to not be in theirs.
