I without a doubt have the best manager/boss I have ever had. She is caring, kind and so invested in our growth in learning & development.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do a lot for the company and I think we should be compensated even more. I understand sales is the core of the business, but the operations function keeps it going.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our manager drives an great culture from the top and this definitely trickles into the team. Every person is invested, hard working and we really care about each other. I have never felt more supported.
