I have really enjoyed my time thus far at Phaidon and Selby Jennings. I was a bit nervous when I started and am slowly but surely learning everyday and trying to better myself to turn into a really great recruiter. I don't have to hesitate to seek any advice or help and I feel like I can succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really do promote and celebrate everybody's success. Whether it is your first, or 100th, deal...everybody gets excited and helps fuel continued success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the uncapped commission and the ability to stack and improve your commission structure based on the deals you make. It is very merit based which makes it clear how to advance and progress in your career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really enjoy how friendly they are and it is noticeable how much they invest in you. They really show how each employee has an impact in the company and they truly do care about each and every employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
From day 1 they included me in their team dynamics, which I feel like I have fit into right away. It is sometimes difficult being the new person trying to find their particular spot on the team, but I feel like my team made it very easy.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like being a part of such a successful team, and even further a successful company. In my search for a new job I was looking for a position that I could launch myself into a successful career, as well as have a team around me that is friendly, nice, and pushes me to be my best.
