Easy going, easy to get along with and will be there when you need them

Being able to come work with a fun team in a cool market that I enjoy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think especially in this market, kids are getting paid nice base salaries 60-65k out of college 70-75k with a few years+ bonus structure.
