Overall being here has been amazing, especially post-college, this job comes with hardships but that builds growth. I have loved being here through the highs and lows.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commission and the way the promotions are merit-based.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That someone is always willing to answer a question and there is no bridge between the higher-ups and the junior workers
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is very supportive and understands when things are going wrong. Also, I feel like you can go to anyone with questions (open door policy pretty much)
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are so funny, and the way that we interact is very friendly. Being able to laugh on desk and take that break is an amazing thing.
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment. I have a lot of friends that do not enjoy being in their company and truly, I love being at work even on the bad days.
