What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy and excitement that managers/my colleagues have on a daily basis. The office is always very lively and fun to work at!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of pto days/holidays off is amazing. I also thibk we have such great healthcare/dental that is cost effective for someone that has recently graduated
What makes you most happy at work?
Finding the best people to join Phaidon across all our offices but, also working with co workers I can call my friends on a daily basis
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture and motivation that everyone has for themselves, but most importantly for each other. The collaboration and ideas thrown around on a daily basis is what makes me love my job so much!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they care about your well being and your goals in life. If you have a goal to be a manager one day, they will do everything in their power to help you reach that goal
