I feel the base salary could be higher to match the current market

Overall I believe the benefits are really positive, but the base salary is not competitive with the market

They are very relatable and make the team feel as though no problem is too small to come to them with.

I appreciate that although they are in leadership roles they are still very accessible and feel comfortable going to them for support

Everyone is very personable and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. The team also is very supportive of each other's accomplishments and readily willing to help out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary is lower than what people I know in similar roles are earning. The commissions help you make up for it, but it still is not guranteed so the base should be higher.
