Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's sometimes difficult as a manger to continue to move forward in terms of base salary but also overall earning potential. From my experience, performance has not always correlated directly to income. I'd also be keen to know how we can bridge the gap in pay between strong billers and managers.
