What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to change my career and life quickly and having the ability to move up quickly within the organisation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Celebrating success. Hard work is attributed to those who put it in and compensation is attributed in the same way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stock and Equity options not an option at my level. Option at higher levels in organisation. Way to obtain is a little unclear.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sociable, easy to work with, competitive. Most of them give you the feeling they're rooting for you (but as always there are bad apples).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very flat structure, the CEO and MDs most likely know you by name and you see them walking through the office, working on the salesfloor.
