Just reached my 3 month mark. We were coming into the office very briefly and COVID friendly. I really appreciate the company allowing us to get started midway through a pandemic and allowing me to join the workforce after finishing school.
What makes you most happy at work?
Trying to accomplish a team and individual goal of getting deals done
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that we do round ups so that we can attain goals as a team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is getting deals done and potential early drinks on Thursday and leaves on Friday!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the commission rates but wished there were more choices in terms of the health packages for Kaiser health care plans
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we break on Friday's even in a virtual environment to have fun and get to know each other more even for the newer employees
