It's been a blast and everything I could have wished for when I interviewed. Everything I was told I could do, I've done with additional responsibilities. There's definitely aspects of favoritism, but as long as you do your part, you'll be rewarded.

The bases are low, but typically the commission structure is good. Could be a bit better for managers who are on an override.

I think the base could definitely be higher, and that we could provide better increases to our employees, but genuinely the overall structure is good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While we are a commission run business, and it makes sense, our increases per year and as your grow within the firm are quite low for base comp.
