I love how fun and young everyone is. Because this job is really tough, you create a strong bond with your coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working in a fast paced environment, working with clients, when management is a good mood and can be supportive rather than always harsh.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In comparison to other recruitment firms, we have below average base salaries which is worrisome. Also, health insurance is insanely expensive so I can't even afford it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they like to have fun, but many managers in our business have trouble being the fun friend pushing everyone to go out to the bar, and then being this strict manager that gets on you.
