Leading by example and being very understanding and helpful whenever I need extra assistance!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being surrounded my enthusiastic folks with similar goals and of course making deals and knowing I'm going to get that juicy commission
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher base, I understand commission is where the fun is, but I've been here long enough where getting at LEAST 50k shouldn't be out of the question
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The genuine concern for my professional and personal well-being. There's never any guesswork as to how I stand and my suggestions are always given a chance to be heard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it's really a community of supportive people that regardless of your background or interests you can find someone to be in your corner. I also love the ability to express myself through my attire
