We have unlimited PTO. When I think about that it doesn't mean to me that I can take off so many days, but when I need to take days off I don't feel like I need to explain myself. I have the luxury of just taking a day off for myself and I know that is totally ok.

Phenom pays considerably low compared to the industry average regarding our role.
My compensation is well below the industry standard. I would be satisfied if I was paid at least the average compensation for my role with the amount of experience I had.

There's an expectation to work well past 40-hours in a work week which makes you feel more machine than human with a personal life outside of Phenom. Onboarding is virtually non-existent. They basically expect you to figure the product out on your own (impossible due to monthly release cadence).
Additional items get added to the role and we don't get compensated for the additional work.
Industry is at a much higher rate to hire tech folks, i think we need to have a clear bands and ranges for every band

The job we do and the metrics we meet are tough. My pay doesn't reflect the location I live in. My pay does not compare well to other SDR roles in the market right now. With living costs rocketing, my pay was not increased based on at least inflation (should be done yearly in line with tax year).
This role specifically is very tough and challenging with little rewards, I believe higher pay and better training opportunties would make employees in this role feel more appreciated and set up for success.

Sales has a bad commission structure - it is much less competitive than other organizations. From a benefits perspective it is frustrating that we are "successful" and worth over $1 Billion but they don't match our 401K. They should also include equity in employee compensation packages - retention.
Awaiting a raise to reflect the effort I'm making to highlight and fix serious quality issues with the data at phenom.

Market value for the role is higher than what was offered & there are some basic benefits (like 401k matching) and potential for equity on Product team that is standard across industries. There isn't also a solid onboarding plan that managers can use to help train their employees.
I feel very undervalued when I am being asked to do things to help the company go public, being told it will happen soon, but yet, I have no stake in the company. What is my motivation for helping the company do so? I do not benefit.
