Boys and Girls Club
Over the years, Phenom People has been a proud supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia. During the holiday season, our employees contributed various toys and clothes to families in need, and participated in a gingerbread contest in which the boys and girls were judges. Recently, Phenoms volunteered to read to the boys and girls about the significance of Earth Day.
Backpack Project
During summer 2018, we challenged our interns to think outside the box. We wanted them to get an experience at Phenom that reached beyond our company and employees. As apart of their final intern project, they worked as a team to come up with a way to impact our local community. Read more to learn how the interns impacted young children in the Philadelphia area.

SPCA Fundraiser
Do you have a charity that you're passionate about? If a Phenom employee cares about a cause, then we rally behind their passion! Customer Success Manager, Jena holds the SPCA close to her heart and sets up a fundraiser in the Phenom office to raise awareness of this cause. Together, we collected food, bedding, and cleaning supplies to donate to our local SPCA.
