Prior to joining PHI, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for The Era Group from March 2007 to March 2010. Prior to joining The Era Group, Mr. Stepanek spent nearly 20 years with Sikorsky Aircraft in various roles, including technical services, customer service, sales and marketing.
