What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care is excellent best I have ever been provide. Provide a fair base wage and decent bonus structure.
They have a very good incentive and variable pay plan

Communication and better leadership would definitely make the company more enticing to work at.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It lasted three days and was a two way conversation. With a fair amount of personality testing.
