What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I honestly can't think of one thing. They reward you with rock hard cookies, or subpar on site food sometimes. I hear other places give you a bonus or performance bonus. They give you day old bakery items. They have a point system for regards but good luck getting any points from them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?approachable and honest... engaging throughout all levels in the company
What did you like most about the interview process? The person did a great job of lying
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Overworked. No flexibility. Little appreciation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Less judgmental and opinionated ….gain some interpersonal skil
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Honestly, clean house if you brought in the right people with the right attitudes and visions needed in today's market not a 1990s market maybe it would be enjoyable. Then again they care more about the way you dress or if your 1 minute late. They care more about talking down to you in their tone.
