Being challenged everyday and working with a strong team
I really enjoy the intellectual challenge of building distributed marketing systems, and I am excited by the impact that we have on the daily working lives of hundreds of thousands of local marketers around the world.

The Company is cash poor and does not have the ability to invest in getting better
The leadership team has given numerous indications that they are intent on driving the business into the ground. They are using the company for personal gain only. At the current rate, the company may not make it to the end of the quarter before money runs out.
