The managers and supervisors are rude and inconsiderate yet they demand employees show them unconditional respect but the show us none

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is not based on your skills or knowledge but on favoritism. Supervisors and managers are petty and rude.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along well and we are excellent at our job. We are worth alot more than we are paid

This company is very crapy to their employees. Under pay us and They do not apperciate the awesome job we do for them.
